A Debate in Bacolod – A SHADE project

A debate is being arranged by Peachy Cancio and Tatz Gallardo , SHADE volunteers and implementers for Antonio Jayme Elementary school as a means to inject logic and reason to the youngsters, with Alvin Ballares, HAPI-Bacolod Lead Convener as the mediator. We welcome all spectators.
