HAPI-SHADE in Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Another HAPI-SHADE is born.
The HAPI-SHADE Bacolod was launched on July 16th, 2017 upon the visit of the HAPI Founder. It was a surprise for her, as per the organizer, Peachy.
This event is year-round starting last July. Its schedule include remedial classes Monday -Thursday, and nutritional event/ feeding on Fridays.
Peachy Cancio is the organizer, with the help of Tatz Gallardo and about 70 volunteers.
