Last Saturday I went to Silong Tanglaw in Quezon City with Reyna to see what their situation is like there. My heart broke at what I saw. Silong Tanglaw is a shelter built thirty one years ago for boys that were abandoned by their parents. They have a garden with barely any plants in it.
